Here are a few reflective words from our Director, Paul:
8 years. I want to say it’s been plain sailing, but that would be a liberal stretch of the truth. New babies, a global pandemic, Brexit, late nights, all-nighters, working from a back bedroom, working from home, taking on offices, employing, pitching and fighting for the wins… It’s not easy being a business owner, but the clients, team-mates and supporters who get you and are on side, who champion you like nothing else, make it worth it. The rewards are all yours (and your teams), and being able to say “we made this” knowing it was under our own steam and by pure determination and willpower is something I’m really proud of. There are times I’ve really struggled with being the owner of a business, but I wouldn’t change it. Here’s to the next year ahead.
